Dr. Kenneth Munnerlyn, MD
Dr. Munnerlyn is originally from Mobile, AL. Throughout his childhood, he spent extensive time exploring his love for neuroscience after suffering from childhood neurologic disease. Over time, he sought out his dreams to practice in the field of neurology and psychiatry. He originally attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham and studied Biology. Subsequently, he obtained a Masters Degree of Health Administration at St. Joseph's University in Standish, Maine before training at the University of Cincinnati Department of Neurology. Dr. Munnerlyn has been in practice for 12 years and has been dedicated to treating patients in neurologic and psychiatric disease. He is licensed in the state of AZ, WA, WI, CO, MN, CT, IL, IN, TN, IA, and GA. He has worked in various capacities throughout the country prior to joining Defined Neurotherapeutics and Spas. Dr. Munnerlyn is a diplomat and board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Munnerlyn has a strong passion for helping people realize their full potential and achieving long lasting happiness.
Dr. Jimmy Ninh, MD
Dr. Ninh comes with 17 years experience in Neurology & Psychiatry. He received his residency training at University of Illinois at Chicago, and is fellowship trained from the University of Chicago. Dr. Ninh brings with him his passion for teaching about health and wellness. His personal philosophy involves empowering people to help them take control of their mental health and wellness. His strong faith has allowed him to help countless people with his whole person approach. Dr. Ninh is a diplomat and board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Sharon Abraham, APRN
Sharon Abraham has experience in various nursing disciplines, including Neurology, Cardiology, Vascular Surgery, and Oncology. She has a special interest in Neurology and currently works as a Nurse Practitioner. Sharon prioritizes treating the whole person, with the goal for well-rounded and holistic healthcare.
Diana Raimondo, MBA, MA Counseling Psychology, LPC
Diana has 22 years of experience helping individuals and teams reach their full potential in work and life. She has worked at Walt Disney World, Chicago Transit Authority, Honeywell International, Loyola University Chicago, Exelon Corporation (ComEd), and Accenture. She currently lives in the Chicago-land area but is available to coach throughout the United States. She has an undergraduate degree in Human Resources and Psychology from University of Nebraska-Lincoln, MBA from Creighton University, and an advanced certificate in Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago.
Diana has the following professional certifications: MBTI, Six Sigma, ECI (Emotional Competency Inventory) from the Hay Group, 16PF (Personality Factors) from IPAT, and is now pleased to be one of a select few Gallup-Certified Strengths Coaches. She believes that when we focus on our natural strengths, the sky is the limit. Our confidence is unshakeable and our momentum is unstoppable. We have within ourselves the power to persevere and achieve & sustain success.
She has extensive experience working with individuals and facilitating team building sessions in organizations as well as not-for-profits. Additionally, Diana does family coaching in an effort to help members better understand each other's natural strengths and talents. She does this 1-on-1 as well as in a group forum. Her personal mission is to make a positive, lasting impact!

Lori Eyman, LCPC
Lori is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with 20 years of counseling experience in individual, couple and family counseling. She specializes in substance abuse issues, PTSD/trauma, depression and anxiety. Lori believes in taking a whole body approach to the counseling process and specializes in DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, solution focused and cognitive behavioral therapies. Lori specializes in customizing treatment plans and therapy based on each individual person and their goals.
Dasha Glo
Dasha has been an itinerant, having lived in three of the largest cities of the United States, currently residing in Chicago. She discovered her passion for fitness when she moved to California from New York in 2011, which in turn cascaded into all other aspects of health, including financial fitness. In NYC, Dasha studied at Pace University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Series 7 & 66 FINRA certifications, as well as the Life and Health Licenses. She's obtained her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2021 and is soon to be a Certified Financial Therapist-ITM (CFT-I™). She also holds a Financial Therapy Graduate Certificate through Kansas State University. She dabbles in competitive bodybuilding part-time and is full-time dedicated to mental, emotional and physical vitality. Her commitment has been to holistically transcend limiting beliefs into winning money relationships.
Dr. Laconyer Davis, EdD, LCPC
Dr. Davis is a native Chicagoan, growing up on Chicago's Westside and educated in Chicago Public Schools. She received a BA from UIC in 2000 in African American Studies focused on Social Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University in 2012. Dr. Davis completed her Doctoral internship at the Illinois Criminal Justice Authority Act where she worked on research of municipal workers and their knowledge of the elderly community.
In addition to teaching classes at CSU, Dr. Davis also serves as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor. Dr. Davis has worked as the Behavioral Health Training Coordinator and Crisis Therapist at Stroger Hospital (Cook County).
Dr. LaConyer Davis began her career at CSU August 19, 2021 in the Psychology Dept. Dr. Davis teaches Psychology and Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Counseling courses. Her research interests are in the areas of Racial and Ethnic Identities and Historical Trauma.

Dr. Behnoosh Shayegan, MD
Behnoosh Shayegan, MD is a board-certified anesthesiologist who has had training in cosmetic procedures and injections.
Dr. Shayegan completed her training in anesthesiology at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County and then went on to complete a fellowship at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Shayegan‘s practice will focus on both on Botulinum Toxin injections for chronic headaches/migraines and cosmetic interventions.
At the cornerstone of Dr. Shayegan’s practice philosophy is a physician-patient relationship that fosters open communication and patient education.

Dr. Samuel Quaynor is a board-certified neurologist who specializes in general neurology and completed fellowship training in sports neurology, concussion, headaches and traumatic brain injury.
